  • Guest：Overall a nice stay, room is large and cosy, but housekeeping didn’t show up after the first night until we called to get them to clean our room (we did indicate to make up room when we left at 10am). Room was not made up when we returned at 5pm. Pool is small. Location is great, within 10 mins of casual walking to USS, 3 mins to the nearest monorail station. No buffet breakfast available so we didn’t opt for breakfast but I’ve heard good reviews for their sets.
  • Guest：hotel location is good, just opposite to the Sentosa express station, hotel also offered free shuttle to connect Vivocity. Breakfast is not good as the choices are quite limited as the set meal, the hotel staff are not professional, I booked 2 rooms and requested all twin-bed rooms several days before I arrived at hotel, no response. So I requested again upon my arrival, but staff called Tia did want to offer none of twin-bed rooms for my 3 reservations, and said the rooms are subject to the availability, then I asked for a complimentary breakfast for my kid only since I was not satisfied with the arrangement, after a while Tia said she has the all of the twin-bed rooms and did not want to offer a complimentary breakfast, followed by saying that she is the room manager and has the rights to manage the room arrangements. How funny, hotel staff like bullying the weak and fearing the strong? In addition, housekeeping is quite late until 5pm the next day, and totally ruined our rest after the whole day outing. So remember to be a little bit aggressive for what you want, otherwise this hotel will disrespect any of your expectations.
